Maureen’s pragmatic approach to dealing with problems combined with her high level of client care ensures that her clients always receive the very best customer experience possible. Maureen teaches post graduate students at Glasgow University and sat as an external examiner for Strathclyde University’s Diploma in Legal Practice.

Maureen sits on the Law Society of Scotland’s anti-money laundering sub-committee and was awarded Scottish Legal News Lawyer of the Month.

Victoria specialises in all areas of residential property including purchases, sales and associated lending work and re-mortgages. She has an extensive knowledge of the Scottish Property market and combines this with an exceptional level of client care.

Donna specialises in all aspects of Commercial Property Work including acquisitions and disposals (vacant and investment), leasing (acting for Tenant and Landlord), Development Work (Deeds of Conditions, packaging for plot sales) and commercial lending.

Abigail is a Solicitor and Notary Public in our Residential Conveyancing team.

Graham has over 17 years’ experience dealing with residential property. He also has a background in lender re-finance work and varied commercial property deals. Graham has an excellent understanding of the Scottish property market and his attention to detail and efficiency are unrivalled.

Karen qualified as an Executory Paralegal in 1997 and as a Scottish Law Accountant in 1999. She has over 30 years experience dealing with all aspects of executory administration. Karen is very organised and efficient in her approach and has dealt with many high value and complex estates over the years. Karen strives to make clients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process during what can be a very stressful time.

With 17 years of experience as a senior conveyancer, Stephanie brings a deep understanding of the property process and a genuine passion for helping clients feel informed, supported and at ease. From first-home buyers to those who have bought and sold multiple times, Stephanie takes pride in offering a welcoming, approachable service that places her clients needs at the centre of everything she does.

Carly is highly experienced in the conveyancing sector and currently works with our property team, providing day-to-day administrative support. Carly is also our Office Manager ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.

Lauren holds a Diploma in Business and Law and brings a solid background in administration, client support, and production coordination. With several years of experience in the television industry, she has developed a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Now part of the Private Client team, Lauren will support clients with wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration. Her organised and approachable manner ensures that every client receives a clear, efficient, and supportive experience.

Rebecca is a Trainee Solicitor currently supporting clients across our residential and commercial property teams.  Rebecca works across a range of legal matters by assisting with initial enquiries, offers, purchase and sale negotiations, title and diligence matters, equity releases and contract negotiations.
